Makin’ banana pancake .. love that song with Jack Johnsson <3 So here is the freshest recipe for a perfect Sunday brunch. Makin’ vegan banana pancake!

Daniel made those incredible banana pancakes for me this Sunday morning, freaking delicious!

1 banan
1 dl bovetemjöl/sojamjöl
2 dl havremjölk/sojamjölk
1 msk potatismjöl
1 krm salt

1 banana
1 dl buckwheat / soy flour
2 dl oat milk / soy milk
1 tablespoon of potato flour
1 cup salt

Fry in coconut oil on medium heat! Serve with iMat fraiche and cloudberry jam/ Stek i kokosolja på mellanvärme! Servera med förslagsvis iMat fraiche och hjortronsylt.

LAST DAY OF FASTING – DAY 6

So this is the last day of fasting thank goodness for that! Tomorrow and the next day has a strict schedule as well but with vegetable soup for lunch and one potato with a salad for dinner. This is because the stomach need to be acclimated to get food again that’s not juicy thin. What have I learnt from this? I don’t die if don’t get food right away when hungry. I got very focused. I have learnt how it feels to be hungry for real (like a lot of people in this world do every day, the sadly truth).

6 DAYS OF FASTING

This is what I will eat for 6 days. The juices, herb tea and the green broth from Ledins. The big package contains müsli for the days before and after the fasting. So the schedule is more or less: morning 2 dl juice + 2 dl water, 1 dl juice + 1 dl water x 2 (fruit juice and vegetable juice) 5 dl water + 3 tsk broth. Herb tea in between and with meals.

Yesterday I felt hungry almost the hole day. Felt ill because of a cold since the day before. Today I have been super energetic, I have been practicing yoga, where out running with a friend for 1 hour and been studying. I hope day 3 tomorrow will be even better! Yes!

Grönkåls Smoothie Bowl

Jag ska börja med min juicefasta från Ledins imorgon. Det innebär att man bara käkar soppa och juice och dricker örtte i sex dagar + två dagar upptrappning. Och varför nu späka mig på det här sättet? Jo, det är för att den stackars tarmen ska få vila från onyttigheter och toxiner som kaffe, alkohol, fett, fibrer, protein, gluten osv osv. Det här gjorde våra förfäder för hundratals år sedan när de ändå inte hade tillräckligt med föda. Det är nyttigt för alla som är fullt friska och som inte har ätstörningar att fasta någon gång ibland. Frosseriet i vårt samhälle idag tar ju praktiskt taget dö på människor.
Men, just idag när min fasta skulle börja, kände jag hur halsen började killa och huvudet kändes lite tungt. Så det fick bli en smoothie dag istället. Jag åt en liknande skapelse på Blueberry till lunch, men den var drickbar. Imorgon kör jag igång min juicefasta! Här är innehållet i min smoothie bowl:

Fryst grönkål, 1/2 Färsk broccoli, 1 msk citronsaft, 1 dl gröna ärtor, 1 avokado, 2 kiwis, 2 cm ingefära, 1 dl havremjölk/vatten

I’ll start with my juice fasting tomorrow. This means that you only eat soup and juice and drink herb tea in six days + 2 days. Why? To get rid of toxins like coffee, alcohol, fat, fiber, protein, gluten etc. This made our forfathers hundreds of years ago when they didn’t have enough food to eat. Fasting is for anyone who is fully healthy and who has no eating disorders.
But, today when my fast should have started, I felt my throat started tickling and the head felt a little heavy. So it had to be a smoothie day instead. I ate a similar creation at Blueberry for lunch, but it was drinkable. Here is the content of my smoothies cabbage:

Frozen green cabbage, 1/2 Fresh broccoli, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 dl green peas, 1 avocado, 2 kiwis, 2 cm ginger, 1 dl of oatmilk / water

Toppa med kokosflingor och frysta blåbär. Proppmätt! / Sprinkle coconut flakes and frozen blueberries. Gorgeous!

GLUTENFREE AND VEGAN SCONES

Morgonen har guld i mun. Du pallar inte gå ner till affären och rotar lite förstrött bland torrvarorna i skåpen. Och titta lite bovetemjöl och sojamjöl. Det blir ju basen till himmelska, vegansk scones. De bästa veganscones jag gjort!

3 dl bovetemjöl
2 dl sojamjöl
0,5 dl solroskärnor/pumpakärnor
3 dl sojayoghurt
50 g mjölkfritt margarin
2,5 tsk bakpulver
0,5 tsk salt

Sätt ugnen på 250 C. Blanda alla torra ingredienser i en bunke. Knåda in det mjölkfria margarinet i mjölet till en grynig massa. Till sist addera sojayoghurten och jobba ihop till en deg. Grädda i 15-20 min i mitten av ugnen. Garnera med lite egengroddade mungbönor och gör en matcha latte för en färgmatchade brunch!

3 dl buckwheat flour
2 dl soy flour
0.5 dl solo kernels / pump kernels
3 dl soya yoghurt
50 g milk-free margarine
2.5 teaspoons baking soda
0.5 teaspoon salt

Put the oven at 250 C. Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl. Paste the milk-free margarine into the flour into a grumpy mass. Finally add the soy sauce and work together to a dough. Bake for 15-20 minutes in the middle of the oven. Garnish with some sprouted mung beans and make a match latte for a color-matched brunch!

YASURAGI SPA AND YOGA

Friday at the Spa Yasuragi in Hasseludden, Stockholm. Newly renovated and reopened. We had relaxing baths (didn’t bring my camera in to the baths thou) good food and relaxing yoga during the late day and evening. The bath outside were amazing and also the cold spring to cool your cool down the body for the next stay in the salt steam sauna. The yoga were a relaxing and meditative class that really made me grounded. I were really stressed when we arrived and also the very first hour while there. Don’t know why. Today thou I feel really relaxed! The only thing is the price. 1350 SEK for the entrance. You get the kimono coat to bring with you 🙂
